Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Main purpose of the role: To provide effective and efficient management of the customers' orders and to ensure the customer expectations are always met with coordination of deliveries and supplied services.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily purchase orders for new and existing tower orders.
2. Liaise with site teams regularly to update forecast and system information to meet the clients' expectations for accurate and efficient delivery times.
3. Support the management team with rigging resource requests and booking resources on the company systems.
4. Manage customer expectations with real-time deliveries.
5. Provide high-level customer service to all staff and departments you liaise with.
6. Complete the customer report on a weekly or monthly basis.
7. Provide financial and commercial support.
8. Escalate engineering issues to the Project Manager as relevant.
9. Assist in the scheduling of engineers in line with project SLAs.
10. Arrange site access and site access permits as required by the project(s) and in conjunction with the project schedule.
11. Coordinate and track tools and test equipment between field staff, updating relevant systems.
12. Communicate to engineers and audit project documentation, arranging field quality audits as appropriate.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
2. Proficiency in project assisting or project management.
3. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy are necessary.
4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.
6. Experience in managing office operations or supporting project management teams is preferred.
