Cleaning & Warehouse Logistics Tutor £30,000.00 per annum experience-dependent Hybrid, Kent-based full-time. You are an experienced Cleaning & Warehousing & Logistics Tutor; you’ll deliver high-quality training and coaching in Cleaning and Warehousing & Logistics and associated learning pathways. Your role is essential in equipping your learners with the skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Implement strategies to achieve targets related to participants' learning outcomes Complete course-related administrative tasks to standard Integrate and deliver training with a focus on literacy and digital skills Baseline needs assessments for learners Organise external support as required Maintain full and accurate records of all client referral sources Key Skills & Qualifications: QTS status (essential) Minimum of 2 years occupational competence in cleaning and warehouse logistics (essential) Familiar with OFSTED expectations (essential) Experience in developing learning materials (desirable) Benefits: up to 25 days annual leave (pro rata) bank holidays per year.
