Your purpose:
As part of our Nuclear New Build business, our Project Delivery Capability team specialises in taking on complex engineering projects and opportunities that exist across the board, from technical leadership to project management. With existing relationships with the major stakeholders in the nuclear sector, we offer a hugely stimulating variety of work, within a team which is rapidly developing to support the delivery of New Nuclear Build. Our projects are on a global scale with opportunities across the UK, Europe, and Middle East, across a range of projects in both the Large Civil Nuclear market and the emerging New Nuclear Technologies market.
Working as a Senior Project Manager, you will be working across our Nuclear New Build business, your team will rely on your supervision in accordance with our company’s procedures and cultures. We are recruiting predominately in the Bristol and Epsom locations where you will join a team with a diverse mix of people from all around the world. Our Bristol office predominately focuses on supporting the Hinkley Point C project, the Small Modular Reactor programme, and the UK EPR design centre, while our Epsom office will focus on supporting the Sizewell C project and our UKAEA client. As we support our clients you will be expected to travel and work from client sites across the UK as the role, project or secondment requires.

Typically, the role and responsibilities of an AtkinsRéalis Senior Project Manager will include:
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver multi-million-pound projects.
* Being accountable for the financial performance of the project with strong experience of change control, risk, and cost management.
* Ability to comprehend and respond to enquiries whilst managing the preparation of bids across a range of expertise.
Ideally you are:
* Excellent with communicative skills and motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
* Adamant on new challenges and will be keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our multi-disciplinary teams.
* Able to successfully manage the commercial and quality performance of projects and proactively deploy a range of techniques to control delivery, cost, manage risk and change.
* Competent with a range of PM tools such as MS Project, Online Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
