Job Description:
Join our community. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Sourcing Operations team at Aquanima. You will support operational and commercial conditions aligned with the client’s needs, leading and coordinating business and market strategies, executing tenders, and negotiations.
The difference you’ll make:
1. Conduct market and spend analysis, monitor trends, and recommend cost optimizations and market innovations.
2. Support the Category Manager in strategy definition and execution for different spend areas.
3. Coordinate and deliver multiple tenders and negotiations, draft RFx documentation, analyze offers, negotiate terms, and prepare recommendations.
4. Assist the client in reviewing RFI/P specifications and suggest the best commercial approach for value and savings.
5. Support supplier selection processes, ensuring transparency and stakeholder management.
6. Document results, report progress, and manage legal contracts with legal department support.
7. Ensure compliance with policies, manage risks, and identify issues proactively.
8. Maintain procurement data quality and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
1. Experience in Corporate Real Estate, indirect Operations, and/or Corporate Finance sourcing.
2. Understanding of category spend, cost management, strategic sourcing, and negotiations.
3. Experience in process improvement or systems implementation is desirable.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment.
Additional preferred skills:
1. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
2. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
3. Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems.
4. Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, MBA, or project management certifications are a plus.
