About The Role We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis as a Senior Administrator in Children’s Social Care. The successful candidate will lead the Business Support function within the Disabled Childrens Service. The role involves direct line management of a small team of Business Administrators. You will work closely with the Business Lead Administrator and Senior Administrators within Childrens Services. Duties will include:- Completion of Business Support tasks Supervision with team members and Personal Development Reviews Performance and Absence Management Allocation, tracking and quality checking work Use of data to drive performance Supporting bespoke projects About You As a Senior Administrator you will also be expected to work with Service Leads as well as delivering training to Team Administrators and attending Management Meetings. You will, therefore, need to have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.
