Our Manchester based client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team in on permanent basis. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, handle queries via tickets and telephone to ensures a timely and accurate resolution. Provide additional support to the department where required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll Processing – (weekly payroll processes)
* Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries investigating where required.
* Process Advance Payments and adjustments.
* Compliance of GDPR legislation.
* Work to achieve team and individual KPI's
* Cross training with all other payroll teams across the department to fulfil internal/external implementation requirements to support change.
