What You'll Be Doing:
1. Oversee international shipments across air, sea, and land, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries
2. Collaborate with global partners and overseas offices to build strong, long-term relationships
3. Manage end-to-end logistics documentation, including booking, customs clearance, and invoicing
4. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
* At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally within import operations
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Excel and logistics software for tracking and reporting efficiency
* A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
