We’re helping a growing mid-sized Marketing Agency to fill a newly created Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director role, as they look to push their growth forward.
Our Client
This agency is doing very well, no debt and very sound financially. They have doubled in size over the last 5 years and have a 3 year growth plan to double in size again. They currently work with some large multifaceted and international brands across a variety of sectors.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with creative and development teams and you’ll need to be hands-on with clients, ensuring smooth delivery of all client projects, marketing and digital. In particular, you’ll take responsibility for more complex and larger scale projects, and be looking to unlock further revenue with existing clients.
You
Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in an agency environment, with good digital and marketing experience as well as being strong with commercials. You’ll be an experienced, solid Senior Account Manager or Account Director (they’re open to either), who is capable of managing client relationships at a senior level, is adaptable and capable of getting stuck in wherever required. The ability to pick up, run with projects and deliver is most important.
