Property Block Manager, Cardiff Our client is a well-established and innovative Property Management company located in a new and vibrant office in Cardiff. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of developments across South Wales. Main duties: To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the companies’ responsibilities are met. To effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders. To ensure all Health and Safety and industry legislation are adhered to. Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Conduct property inspections regularly. Effective communication with clients and leaseholders. Qualifications & Skills required include: AIRPM or ATPI accredited would be an advantage Previous experience working within Property but ideally Block Management would be preferred The ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals Good organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads Excellent verbal and written skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office The ability to work as part of a team as well and self-motivated for individual tasks Professional and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits include: Modern office setting Free tea/coffee Growth opportunities On-the-job training Regular social events Collaborative spaces Salary: up to £35,000pa depending on experience Hours: 9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week (NLR is acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of its Client)
