About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Wireman to join our team on a 6-month contract based at our facility in Newhouse, Scotland. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a skilled and collaborative team, working on the assembly and wiring of control panels for industrial and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
* Assembling electrical control panels to specifications
* Wiring of control panels, including crimping, soldering, and looming
* Fault finding and testing completed panels
* Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a panel wireman or similar electrical assembly role
2. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
3. Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach
4. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred
