Job Title: Duty Manager | Location: Ross Swimming pool Job Type: Permanent, Part time | Salary Listing: £12.50 per hour Rota: Monday 5.45am - 1.30pm plus regular opportunities for overtime As a Duty Manager, you are proactive, approachable, calm, and decisive. As our next Duty Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring customers and employees are in a centre that is safe, clean, open and busy. You will be key in making sure the centre meets its objectives, and be a caring role model who listens to the concerns of their team. The Key Requirements… 3 months Previous management/supervisory experience either in a leisure or a service based setting Confidence to use basic IT software - Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent Centres with a pool - the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to achieve this with Halo's support. Joining Halo Leisure, you’ll learn new skills in management, undertake a funded Level 3 Duty Manager qualification if you wish (or higher if you already hold this), specialise in an area of the business, work at different sites and contribute to the success of the business and the organisation.
