Have you managed multiple projects that focused on the delivery of ServiceNow? Then this might be the ideal role for you Cantium are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Development Lead to take responsibility of the ServiceNow platform which consists of the ITSM, CSM Pro, HRSD and ITBM modules alongside some custom-built applications. Acting as the Technical Lead within the team you will team of administrators and developers on the roadmap and development of Cantium’s ServiceNow platform. You will provide expert guidance and training to the team on best practice and lead in designing solutions to meet our customer needs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering application support enhancements to ServiceNow and have proven experience working with Javascript, HTML, CSS scripting within ServiceNow. Key Duties Ensure the ServiceNow platform is maintained to meet technical, security statutory and business requirements. Produce business requirements, technical specifications and configuration documents, ensuring traceability back to source and working with stakeholder to manage scope and prioritise requirements Co-ordinate large scale ServiceNow enhancements assigning appropriate resources, ensuring relevant processes including change control and testing is adhered to, ensuring delivery is to time and budget and providing relevant communications to key stakeholders throughout. Facilitate the scoping for change initiatives, contributing to the selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements ensuring the proposed solution is feasible and fit for purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate Senior level consultant supporting commercial activities around the implementation, enhancement, and support of ServiceNow with a variety of customers and stakeholders. Support the Head of Applications and Development and other stakeholders in procurement and contract renewal activities by providing advice and relevant documentation as required and tracking and highlighting measures such as licences and third-party development budgets What we need from you ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional qualifications and/or experience Significant experience of delivering application support and enhancements to ServiceNow Expert knowledge of ServiceNow and one or more of the relevant modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM) Extensive knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS scripting within ServiceNow Good knowledge of Jelly and Angular Expert analytical and problem-solving skills Customer focused with the ability to influence at a senior level Excellent communication skills Able to work from our Kings Hill office one day per week About Cantium Business Solutions Cantium Business Solutions is a back-office services provider established by Kent County Council.
