Salary: £16,575 - £19,500

We are working on behalf of an amazing all-through school in Reading looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the learning and development of students in KS2 and KS3, ensuring all pupils achieve their potential.
* Collaborate with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and classroom support.
* Assist in developing resources and strategies to support the curriculum effectively.
* Provide pastoral care to students, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Monitor and report on student progress, supporting their academic and personal development.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with KS2 and KS3 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
* A proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
* A commitment to supporting every child to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Prior experience as an LSA or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
