Typical Day in the Life
* Effectively works and communicates with clients in the financial institution industry to ensure processes meet required regulations.
* Conducts consultative collaboration sessions with key leaders to respond to regulatory examination issues.
* Prepares and assists clients with testing and training on financial institution issues.
* Stays current with financial institution trends to recommend process improvements.
* Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
* Maintains compliance with project budgets and deadlines.
Who You Are
* You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
* You have 0-2 years of financial institution experience with emphasis on internal audit, compliance, and bank regulations.
* You have knowledge of internal controls and/or bank regulations.
* You have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
* You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities.
* You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
* You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
