Job summary The basis of the role will be to develop and maintain a therapeutic environment which supports the patient in making positive changes. As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will support and uphold a structured programme of treatment. The post holder will be expectedwork as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the provision of best practice care and treatment for young people and adults who require inpatient treatment for an eating disorder.As a Support Worker at Riverdale, you will be expected to carry out the outlined duties whilst always respecting the individuals you work with and behaving in a professional manner. Main duties of the job The post holder will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team within either the CAMHS or Adult Wards. They will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to patients and their families.
