This role has been created to support her and keep our office running smoothly Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PMExperience: 1-2 years in a busy corporate office environment Job duties: Diary & Travel Management - Helping coordinate schedules and travel plans.Meeting & Greeting - Being a welcoming face for clients and guests.Office Management - Keeping things stocked, organised, and running like clockwork (think stationery, meeting rooms, and general upkeep). Ideal candidate: Minimum 12 months office support background. A bright and sparky personality - someone who brings energy and a positive vibe. A proactive mindset - you see what needs to be done and make it happen. Superb organisational skills - managing diaries and travel with eease as well as last minute projects.
