Based in Birmingham (B8). We are working with a Birmingham-based Transport and Haulage organisation who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and administration experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics environment. Duties of the Customer Service Administrator may include: Taking all Transport booking details. Tracking and tracing freight and updating the freight status. Pre-advise of any deliveries or failed deliveries. Liaising with clients and partners via the phone, email and messaging via the internal system. Running reports. Resolving any queries. General administrative duties as required. We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics organisation.
