Primary Purposes:
Accountable for business delivery, including the organisational Roadmap, Critical Success Factors and organisational level KPIs.
Accountable for all contracts within DNA for the provision of professional services, including supplier engagement, KPIs and retrospective (learning).
Secondary Purposes:
Responsible for the provision of an optimized mix of personnel (Civ, Mil, Contracted services) to the Head of Digital Delivery to enable the formation of scrum teams and the delivery of products.
Responsible for the delivery of statements of work for each supplier and the management of associated milestones and KPIs.
Support financial accounting and reporting.
Be the DNA lead for working with the customer to draft business cases for DNA delivered products.
Work with the head of the business support office to help manage the Civil Servant footprint, arranging sifting and interviews for Civil Servant posts and conducting them where appropriate
Work to the Portfolio Manager for the delivery of DNA Product governance
Support performance management and service quality issues
