We are looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for business resilience and can ideally bring experience from previous roles, or can demonstrate a high level of motivation in order to learn on the job at speed, to join us as a Business Continuity Officer, within a national policing unit.
More about the role
To assist, encourage, and promote awareness of Business Continuity throughout the organisation, through communication channels, presentations, and training exercises such as table-top or simulation exercises.
Gather information and data to assist in compiling post-Incident / post-Exercise reports, ensuring key learnings are captured and shared.
Support the Business and Facilities Manager in the development of BC Plans, delivery & maturity of BIA’s, including key dependencies like People, Facilities, and Technology.
Undertake research to enable horizon scanning to ensure sufficient information and advice regarding impending risks.

* Educated to QCF Level 3 OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
