Job Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our multi-faceted team on a self-employed basis.
You will provide the highest standard of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, following our established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
As an effective communicator and self-achiever, you will build long-lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, and Personal Trainers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take professional responsibility as a Chiropractor, making high-level decisions, and utilizing clinical reasoning to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat your caseload.
2. Adopt a confident, consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
3. Attract and retain clients through excellent active patient management.
4. Build and maintain referral relationships with external partners such as sports clubs, gym instructors, PTs, and consultants.
5. Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistent service delivery and customer experience.
6. Continuously develop professionally, including attending external conferences and events.
7. Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure seamless client care.
8. Proactively attract new and returning clients, including leading corporate workshops in collaboration with the partnerships manager.
9. Support the multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements.
10. Abide by the GCC’s Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) Chiropractic degree
* Full registration with the GCC
* Ability to work autonomously following clinical pathways
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in generating new business and managing your own caseload
* Experience in the private healthcare sector
* At least 1 year of relevant postgraduate clinical experience
