As the Maintenance & Repair Lead, you will: Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair phase of the project to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Lead a team to deliver efficient site operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure all equipment and plant are properly maintained. Drive health and safety excellence, ensuring all staff “Come Home Safe” every day. Support project handovers, commissioning activities, and close-out phases with a focus on quality and compliance. Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules, defect management systems, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Manage care and maintenance processes, from planning to execution. Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Forecast workforce needs and manage resource planning. Maintain and report on KPIs, ensuring the project stays on track. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Required Qualifications/Experience: Level 3 ONC or Level 4 HNC in Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision Proficiency in MS 365; experience with MS Project or Asta Power Project is desirable. Proven track record in large-scale or regulated projects. Leadership experience in maintenance or facilities management. and will supply low-carbon energy for millions of homes.
