About the Role
As a Science Teacher, you’ll be responsible for teaching engaging and interactive lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and help students explore the world of biology, chemistry, and physics. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive learning environment where every student is motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Delivering dynamic Science lessons across a variety of topics
* Planning and teaching high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
* Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance academic achievement
* Encouraging hands-on learning and experiments that bring science to life
* Fostering a classroom atmosphere where students feel engaged, supported, and motivated to succeed
About You
We are looking for a Science teacher who:
* Has a passion for science and a love for sharing that enthusiasm with students
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Sciences)
* Has experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (ideal, but not essential)
* Is enthusiastic, creative, and able to make science exciting and accessible to all students
* Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all
