Academics is currently working with a fantastic primary school in the Bromley area that is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The school is committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment where children feel happy, confident, and ready to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with a range of educational needs across all primary key stages and will provide tailored support both 1:1 and in small groups, working closely with the classroom teacher.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
1. A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent)
2. Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
3. An empathetic, caring approach to children's learning and development
4. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
5. An enhanced DBS on the update service (we can assist you with this if needed)
