Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for KS1. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the academic and personal development of pupils. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting is desirable but not essential for newly qualified teachers (NQTs). Strong knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
