Professional Support Assistant Permanent Grade 2 - £24,027 - £25,992 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Location of work (hybrid) - 4 days per week at 150-152 Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2AP with one day working from home Whilst we promote agile /home working this will be business service need dependent. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Support Assistant to join Business Support working with the busy voids team at Kings Road in Birmingham. The successful applicant will undertake a range of core administration and financial functions which support the office, using departmental databases and systems as part of daily administrative work which ensures the smooth running of the office. As part of the role, you will be interacting with customers and liaising with internal/external teams and agencies on a day-to-day basis. Great customer service and administration skills are essential as well a desire to continue to develop your skills through regular training and other opportunities. We are looking for an experienced administrator who can work in a busy team where deadlines are crucial. You would need to have attention to detail to ensure all enquiries are processed consistency and can maintain confidentiality while complying with data protection.
