* Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy
* Manage a team of experienced Learning and development specialist
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs
* Design and deliver leadership development programmes and initiatives
* Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
* Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
* Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company's strategic goals
* Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives
* Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders within the organisation
Profile
A successful Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner should have:
* Proven experience in leadership development
* Experience of leading a team in this field
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills
* Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
