We’re already a successful college, but we’re continually striving to be better and do better - be part of our story We are looking for a Student Recruitment Assistant who will work across the department (student recruitment, marketing, admissions and customer service) to support the work we do in achieving recruitment targets. You’ll predominantly be based at our Waterfront Huddersfield site, but expected to move around all centres as required and attend local schools where required. Your key responsibilities will be varied, you may be supporting the planning of an open day, inputting attendance at open days into our CRM, helping plan a photo shoot, showing potential students around college or calling applicants to check they are attending an interview. It really will be a varied role providing a good cross department experience. This role requires someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines. For this post you need to be qualified to Level 3 (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively both written and verbally and manage your workload to deadline.
