Position Summary We are looking for a forward-thinking, dynamic individual with keen skills in extrapolating insight from data to join our Team. You will have day-to-day management of the sales CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation, providing training to sales teams, and generating insightful reports that align with commercial goals. This role involves collaborating with the European team to implement system updates and advocating for new requirements based on feedback from the sales team. By bridging technical and practical needs, the specialist enhances the effectiveness of the Sales Team. This role is a great stepping-stone to either a Sales or a Commercial Role as you will gain a strong understanding of our commercial processes and align closely with Sales. A day in the life of a Data and Systems Specialist Your key responsibilities will include: - CRM System Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system, addressing technical issues and performing regular maintenance. - Training: Provide comprehensive training to sales and commercial teams, ensuring proficiency in using the CRM system. - Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse sales reports to provide actionable insights that align with commercial goals. - Collaboration: Work closely with the European team to implement system updates and advocate for new requirements based on sales team feedback. - Data Quality: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of data within the CRM system. - Project Implementation: Assist in project delivery as agreed with the CIM Lead, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards What will make you successful? To be successful as a Data and Systems Specialist, you should have proficiency in data analysis and governance, and experience in user experience analysis and user acceptance testing. You will also have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commercial awareness. Effective communication, training, and collaboration skills are essential, along with strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities. You'll also have: - SAP and C4C experience - Good problem solving (routine nature) and analytical skills - Ability to prioritise and respect deadlines - Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft packages - Problem-solving and planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload - Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships - Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work alone as well as part of a team What you need to know What can we offer in return?
