HYBRID OPPORTUNITY Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their marketing agency. The role is initially a 12 month Maternity cover contract, with the scope to develop in to a permanent position. As a Digital Account Manager, your primary focus will be re-engaging with previous clients, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions to help them maximize their digital presence. You will play a key role in generating new business from the existing client base by fostering relationships and promoting digital marketing services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to sales and account management. The Day-to-Day Proactively reach out to dormant existing clients to re-establish relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital services such as website updates, SEO, and PPC. Educate clients on the benefits of our digital marketing solutions and provide tailored recommendations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of returning clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales opportunities. Provide insights and feedback to the team on trends and client needs. Track performance metrics and contribute to revenue growth through account expansion. What is Needed? Previous experience in Digital Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship Management within a marketing or digital agency. A strong understanding of websites, SEO, and PPC. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written. Strong relationship-building abilities with a consultative sales approach. A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on client success. Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach initiatives. Confidence in presenting digital solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner. What You Get This role offers a flexible hybrid and office working pattern, depending on business requirements.
