Student Experience Team Our Attendance and Engagement Officer sits within our Student Experience team who are crucial to providing pastoral support and career advice to students to maintain student welfare. This includes providing the best experience and guidance from application, admission, through to graduation. The role - Attendance and Engagement Officer Your role will involve supporting Student Support teams by gathering and monitoring student attendance and online engagement data. You will deliver precise and timely information to assist with the implementation of Arden University’s attendance and engagement policy. Proficiency with various IT tools and confidence in handling datasets for analysis and review are required for this position. About You: To be successful as an Attendance and Engagement Officer, you must have: An Undergraduate Degree OR Previous work experience in a relevant role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), e-mail, and the web Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organisational skills, particularly in workflow management Confident, polite, and efficient telephone manner The ability to work effectively and efficiently both when alone and in a team Why Arden: At Arden, you will become a part of a passionate and dedicated team who are committed to removing unnecessary barriers to learning and making education more accessible.
