The Crown is a brand new operation open in Martley just 10 miles from Worcester, following a strong start to opening we are looking to complete our team hiring process with the addition of an assistant manager. Purpose of the Role The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in the operation of the venue covering in times of holiday and absence. The role will oversee staff, ensure that business operations run smoothly and handle escalated customer queries and grievances as and when required.
