Job Duties: Supporting Early Years classrooms as a general teaching assistant. Providing one-to-one support for children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism. Collaborating with the team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Using your initiative to adapt to the needs of the classroom and individual students. Required Qualifications: A strong understanding of SEN, particularly Autism. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
