One of the UK's leading Asset Finance & Leasing providers is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their ICT Channel division. This will be a sales role that will involve identifying and converting business opportunities and leads into new relationships across the country.
Location: Tamworth/ Hybrid
Package: £35,000 per annum + £5.5k Car Allowance.
What will you be doing:
1. Identifying prospects that meet the sector requirements.
2. Making effective qualifying sales calls.
3. Setting appointments.
4. Managing the sales cycle to close new business.
5. Conducting successful supplier meetings.
6. Building your network of vendor/supplier introducers and relationships.
7. Ensuring your clients and suppliers receive exceptional levels of customer service.
8. Building awareness of the ICT market, adapting to changes and opportunities as they occur.
9. Understanding the company proposition and representing them in a professional manner and with due regard to the compliance requirements of the organisation.
10. Engaging professionally with all departments within the company at all times.
11. Being competent in all aspects of technology and social media.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous B2B Sales experience.
2. Experience working within the finance sector.
3. Experience in the ICT market.
4. A network of resellers/suppliers/VARs would be advantageous.
5. A track record in identifying, negotiating, and closing sales.
6. A positive, outgoing individual.
7. Performance/target driven.
8. Able to plan your own diary and manage time effectively.
