Leisure Manager
Location: The Mole Resort
Basic Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per year

Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand-new resort set in 120 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.
As a Leisure Manager, you are expected to lead the team in delivering a professional, friendly service to our guests, demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services available while managing costs in line with budget.
What will I be doing?
As a Leisure Manager at The Mole, you will assist visitors to the club with direction and understanding of the facilities. You will also be responsible for keeping the facilities in a clean and tidy condition for clients' comfort, as well as work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Leading the team in achieving the department’s goals
2. Handling membership inquiries and processing correctly
3. Payment handling and financial control
4. Leading fitness classes and other activities
5. Managing and maintaining pool and spa facilities
6. Ensuring hygiene/cleanliness standards are at the highest levels
7. Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department
8. Following operating procedures for opening and closing the facility
9. Communicating to guests in a professional, friendly manner
10. Complying with current health and safety legislation
11. Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork

Appropriate qualifications are a must along with preferable experience in a similar environment.
