Are you a Registered Manager or similar looking for an autonomous leadership role where you will be responsible for staff across 4 offices within a well-established company that provides ongoing progression and development opportunities?
This well-established company offers high-quality, person-led care and support for adults with mental health and learning disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of the service department ensuring the highest standards of care while mentoring and leading a dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in managing compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, and staff training, as you oversee a team across 4 offices - Stoke, Stafford, Telford, and Crewe.
This specialist role would suit a Registered Manager or similar from a Supported Living background, looking for an autonomous position offering the chance to shape the future of supported living services within a progressive company.
The Role:
* Responsible for day-to-day operations
* Oversee and support Service Managers and the team beneath them
* Occasional site visits around Stoke, Stafford, Telford, and Crewe
* Some admin + preparing documents
* Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week
The Person:
* Registered Manager or similar
* Previous professional experience within Supported Living / Mental Health
* Commutable to Stafford
