The Key Duties of the Office Administrator
1. Arranging and organising client online meetings and welcoming guests upon arrival at the office.
2. Book meeting rooms for employees for EMS, Equitix, and external guests.
3. Assisting responsibility for operating EMS Switchboard.
4. Managing and procuring key office supplies, equipment and fixtures as required.
5. Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence - Emailing/Scanning Post; liaising with Equitix and other UK Offices.
6. Serve as the point of contact for employees for general information, enquiries, and access to shared files.
7. Make sure the reception, visitor seating, kitchen, and staff breakout areas are clean and organised.
8. Ensuring the kitchen is stocked with supplies weekly.
