Customer Training Coordinator
Location: Leeds - HYBRID
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year

We are looking for a motivated Customer Onboarding Advisor who is passionate about learning, development, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you'll guide customers through products and services while contributing to business improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Seamlessly onboard new customers and manage off-boarding for non-renewal clients
* Lead business improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
* Build in-depth expertise in products and services to provide effective training and support
* Collaborate with colleagues and customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* What We're Looking For:
o Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
o Background in SaaS
o Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing projects and meeting KPIs
