Payroll Administrator
My client based in Liverpool is an extremely forward-thinking and dynamic chartered accountancy practice looking for a Payroll Administrator to work within their busy team.
They are seeking someone with prior Sage and bureau experience to hit the ground running and put their own personality and stamp on the position.
This is an end-to-end payroll vacancy with strong client-facing responsibilities. Knowledge of weekly and monthly payrolls, pension schemes, and CIS payments is crucial.
Key responsibilities:
* Monthly wages payable, pensions & PAYE reconciliations
* Checking and implementing tax coding notices
* Dealing with salary sacrifice schemes from a payroll perspective (updating working papers where relevant)
* Processing the submission of P11Ds to HMRC
* Liaising with HMRC on specific enquiries including PAYE disputes
You will demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, providing a first-class customer experience. The ability to display good judgement and self-awareness, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving, is essential in this fast-paced working environment.
