Package: £35-45k Basic (DOE) + Bonus.

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a well-established and highly successful manufacturer and supplier of roofing systems. Our client's reputation-led company is built on service, trust, and customer loyalty. They're growing their dynamic sales team and are currently seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to help lead the charge. We're after someone who's resilient, proactive, and passionate — with the energy and determination to drive results.
The Opportunity
This is a key role for an ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact. Your focus will be:
1. Strengthening our client's position in the local market
2. Developing new business opportunities across the wider region
3. Promoting and increasing sales of newly launched products
4. Collaborating with a lively, experienced sales team and senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A solid background in sales, ideally within construction or building materials
2. Great interpersonal skills and a talent for building lasting relationships
3. A self-starter with excellent planning and organisational abilities
4. Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
5. Confident using technology, with a full UK driving licence
6. Experience in the roofing or cladding industry preferred
7. Familiarity with construction sector products
8. IT Literate
9. Marketing know-how
10. Ability to interpret technical product data and understand compliance needs
