We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee to initially work within our Transport/Despatch Department.

With over 30 years’ experience of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products, we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
You will demonstrate that you have the ability to be assertive and proactive. Ideally, you will have achieved a 2:1 Business Degree together with demonstrably strong administration skills and excellent time management, planning, and organisational experience.
You will be involved in regular training sessions and meetings designed to help you develop your management skills. You will be trained upon various techniques and skills to help you succeed. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make decisions which will heavily influence your career path and be responsible for grasping all opportunities that may arise.

This job is based out of our branch in Bedford - MK41 0LF.
