We, at Hiab, are looking for an experienced Lead, Remote Services who will provide best in class customer experience by delivering differentiated and market leading remote services solutions, supporting our customers & organisation to meet our strategic targets.
The role will be based in Finland, Helsinki and reports to our VP, PM & Digital Services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the development of remote services offering and operations with a cross-functional team
* Drive the definition of remote service scope, value proposition and core features, as well as pricing model and price levels
* Coordinate customer/market pilots, commercialisation and market launches
* Contribute to the remote offering strategy and product management from a global perspective to reach business (sales and profitability targets).
* Capture local market needs for adapting to specific market requirements
* Secure the definition of E2E processes to deliver Remote services in collaboration with Global process owners: Remote monitoring and diagnostics processes and E2E repair & maintenance / service delivery process
* Secure the definition of needed capabilities and competencies to deliver remote service in collaboration with resource owners
* Contribute to the expansion of remote monitoring and diagnostics capabilities by collaborating with the development teams and product owners
* Capture, collect and share customer feedback and requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Technical and/or Business Degree
* 5 years in similar role, as a key requirement including previous experience of remote service operations in context of industrial B2B customers
* Experience with defining remote service processes, commercial models, connected data insights/solutions
* Understanding of strategic and commercial targets, capability to define appealing customer value propositions and drive concrete development roadmap to achieve these
* Understanding of services business including service contracts and service delivery via different channels
* Strong Commercial, strategic and Influencing skills
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a Matrix structure in ambiguity (self lead)
* Customer centric mindset.
