Job responsibilities
We are looking for a confident Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Please note applicants must be able to drive and have their own car due to no public transport in the area. You also need to hold a full UK driving licence for over 2 years due to our minibuss.
You will be working 43.75 hours a week, 12 hour shifts from 19:45 - 7:45 am on a 2 week rolling rota, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Broughton House.
Broughton House is a 29-bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
