We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
2. Ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented attractively.
3. Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment to a high standard.
4. Assisting in the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and inventory.
5. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
6. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
7. Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
8. Training junior kitchen staff as required.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
* Passion for food and creative cooking skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
