Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a lovely company based in the Surrey area. This is a varied part time Accounts Assistant role which will be supporting with the everyday finances – bookkeeping, invoicing, analysis, reporting but also support with admin for the team.
Hours: Part time – 3 full days or 9–2 / 9–2.30 over 5 days
Location: Office based – Parking onsite, own transport needed due to rural location
Accounts Assistant duties:
* Creating and processing invoices
* Chasing and processing payments
* Reconciliations
* Assisting with financial reports
* General administration, answering the phones and support to the team when required
Skills and experience required:
* Proven Accounts – Finance support experience, working in a similar accounting role
* Excellent communications skills
* Good IT skills
