Early Years Assistant wanted to work full time in Penzance!
Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and committed EYFS TA to join a school in the Penzance area. You will be required to work on a full-time basis, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP though we understand notice periods may differ.
Within this role you will be expected to work alongside the Teacher and assist the students in their daily tasks. You will be supporting small groups of students as well as working 1:1 with any students who need additional support. Throughout the day you will be assisting the children in their social, emotional, and educational needs to ensure that they are met and developed each day.
Experience working within Early Years and relevant qualifications are desirable. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about making learning as fun and engaging as possible for students.
You will be required to have a DBS registered to the Update Service, if you do not have one please don’t worry, we can get this completed with you during your registration process. We will also require references from your two most recent employers.
You will also need to be aware of Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning and Equal Opportunities policies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
