An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join our team.
Kings Ripton Court is an accommodation-based service that supports 36 young homeless people aged 16 to 25 years.
The Night Concierge will often be the first point of contact for the service and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out a range of reception and administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly, approachable, team player to deliver a positive experience to all.
This is a 38.5 hours per week position working from 21.30 to 08.30, on a four night on then four nights off rolling shift pattern.

The successful candidate will:
1. Understanding of and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army acting in a professional and ethical way.
2. Handling of cash ensuring all record are properly maintained.
3. Handling of incoming enquiries including relating to the availability of accommodation.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Able to work in a busy and potentially high-pressured environment and be solution focused.
6. Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and health and safety legislation.
7. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
8. Proficient in a range of IT packages (Teams, Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
