We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our team at Clydebank Town Hall.
Situated in West Dunbartonshire, Clydebank Town Hall is an iconic B-listed building incorporating a historic exterior combined with a modern spacious interior which houses events space, a museum, gallery and Council Offices.
The Bar and Events Officer will work closely with the Events and Duty Officer and the Office Accom and Town Hall Lead to operate Clydebank Town Hall as a leading civic centre and venue for cultural and events activity. The postholder will be the senior officer on site during events with a focus on managing operations including efficiently planning, organising and delivering civic and other events to a high-standard, realising new event opportunities, and minimising costs to support the effective and efficient operation of Clydebank Town Hall.
This is a casual contract and due to the nature of the business will mainly involve evening and weekend work.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
Responsibilities
