Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office one day a week (Thursday). Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer to join our Digital Marketing team to work across all NCFE group brands and services. In this role you’ll focus on delivering best in class social media marketing campaigns and communications. Your time will be spent providing expertise and guidance for maximum impact, working with the communications team and the marketing campaigns team to build social media campaigns (both organic and paid) and supporting on other digital marketing activities. How you’ll make an impact: Schedule all organic social media posts across all owned social media platforms for all NCFE brands (including NCFE, Active IQ) using the Sprout Social platform) Work closely with the communications team and campaigns team to create social media organic and paid content (using Canva to create social media cards/graphics) Transform complex information and reports to create easily digestible social media posts Collaborate with the campaigns team to oversee paid social media advertising from conception through to execution. We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Level 3 or above qualification in marketing/digital marketing/business or related communication field or equivalent work experience Demonstrable experience working in a similar/comparable role Proven ability in writing and creating social media content (organic and paid) Experience in setting up paid for ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and TikToK Experience in using social media platforms, such as Sprout Social, and the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns Feeling inspired?
