About the Role:
As an SDR, you’ll drive outbound prospecting efforts, conducting high-volume cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients. You will track client interactions using CRM tools, gathering market insights and refining outreach strategies to optimize success.
This role offers a clear path for progression, with the goal of transitioning into a Business Developer position within 6 months to manage the full sales cycle. If you’re organized, data-savvy, and eager to build a dynamic sales career, this is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
* Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume cold calling (50-100 calls/day) to identify and qualify prospects, building a pipeline of potential clients for Business Developers.
* Market Research: Gather and document information on prospects, including their current solutions, needs, and pain points, to support targeted outreach and product positioning.
* Campaign Creation: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies, including email campaigns and personalized messaging, to engage prospects effectively.
* Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings for Business Developers, with performance metrics tied to the number of successful bookings.
* Data Tracking and Analysis: Use CRM systems to log calls, track client discussions, and analyze feedback from prospects to understand market trends and improve outreach strategies.
* Collaboration & Feedback: Share insights and best practices to improve conversion rates and team success.
Who you are:
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food/catering sector or within a startup/scale-up environment would be a plus.
* Comfortable potentially conducting field sales, attending trade shows, and leading in-person demo meetings; willing to travel across Greater London.
* Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
* Strong organizational, communication, and process-oriented skills.
* Work Eligibility: Must have a legal status allowing employment in the UK.
