This is a new role responsible for the in-life management of the existing mobile customer base, retaining the revenue and GP levels whilst upselling and cross-selling including the build of a sustainable pipeline. Join our Mobile Team As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Delivering a proactive contact and review strategy to our mobile customer base Delivering a retention strategy to help reduce churn in line with expectations Demonstrating excellent commercial acumen to help maintain margin with the customer base and to drive GP with customer base new sales Developing strategic relationships with all clients assigned, building relationships with all stakeholders in the business Providing accurate business reporting in line with the line manager guidelines and timeframes Responsible for in-life management of a strategic customer base, by developing personal relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities with that base strength, and secure though the relationship Manage profitability in line with the commercial guideline Customer meetings via Teams and Face to Face Salary £32-35k DOE with c £16k commission paid quarterly 25 Days Holiday 8 Bank Holidays Hybrid working- 2-3 days in the Reigate office Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Mobile Account Manager with: A minimum of 2 years previous Mobile Account Manager experience A minimum of 1 years’ experience selling Mobile solutions A solution driven and analytical mindset Excellent diplomatic and problem-solving skills Proven positive relationships with customers in all interactions and establish positive rapport Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint What can Opus offer you?
